WARRANTY POLICY
5-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty

All Gianello watches are covered by a 5-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the original date of purchase.

This warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized retailers or official company websites.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Watch movement malfunction under normal use

  • Defective hands, dial, crown, or clasp caused by manufacturing issues

  • Faults in materials or workmanship

If a defect is determined to be covered under warranty, the watch will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.

Warranty Claims

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with:

  • Proof of purchase or order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty service.

Warranty Service Process

Once your warranty claim is received and approved:

  1. Our team will review the issue

  2. Return instructions will be provided if necessary

  3. The watch will be inspected by our service department

  4. Repair or replacement will be issued if covered under warranty

Please allow 7–14 business days for processing after the item is received.

Additional Information

This limited warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Any repair or replacement performed under warranty does not extend the original warranty period.
