5-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
All Gianello watches are covered by a 5-year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use from the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized retailers or official company websites.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers:

Watch movement malfunction under normal use

Defective hands, dial, crown, or clasp caused by manufacturing issues

Faults in materials or workmanship
If a defect is determined to be covered under warranty, the watch will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
